1. What We Collect

When you use RevSharrk, we collect the business information you provide, including revenue, costs, customer metrics, and conversation history, along with basic account information (name, email). We do not collect payment card data directly; payments are handled by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to power RevSharrk's consulting features: generating metric analysis, trend forecasts, and personalized action recommendations. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is required to operate the service.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

RevSharrk uses Groq, Inc. to process AI requests. When you send a message or request an analysis, relevant context (your business profile and conversation) is transmitted to Groq's servers to generate a response. Groq processes this data on a transient basis: data is used solely to produce the response and is deleted immediately after the response is generated. Groq does not store, retain, or use your data for any other purpose, including training its models. Groq processes this data under their own privacy policy and our Data Processing Agreement.

4. Data Storage

Your business profile and conversation history are stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider, with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to your account only.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
