Meet the Founder

James is the co-founder and CEO of RevSharrk. The company's original co-founder helped shape the initial idea before moving on to a global financial venture that better matched his own interests. James picked up the torch, carrying it forward with a background spanning consulting, full stack engineering, and data & AI engineering, and a degree in Mathematical Analytics and Operations Research from UC Davis.
He didn't go to an Ivy League MBA program or land a seat at a top-tier consulting firm. But he understood the value behind what they teach. RevSharrk takes inspiration from that caliber of thinking, not their tools, names, or affiliation, to build personal AI-native consulting infrastructure for the underserved markets those firms have always overlooked.
Outside of work, his favorite sport is basketball (the Golden State dynasty was a good run while it lasted). He enjoys running (he's hit 20 miles), along with gym, bodyweight training, or other types of workout experimentation.
He's carried a lot along the way: 15 years navigating life after losing his father to suicide, layoffs, and pandemic-era hiring freezes that made a traditional tech career feel uncertain. That uncertainty is what pushed him into entrepreneurship, chasing the kind of growth, development, and leadership he could actually control.
